Covid-19 Policy

In the wake of the news surrounding the spread of COVID-19, we feel it is important to update you on Lyle & Associates CPA’s business continuity plan and response to the pandemic. The firm is making every effort to ensure that this situation will not affect the timeliness or quality of the work we are doing. With this in mind, we have set in motion a plan to protect our employees while continuing to deliver a high level of service to our clients as well.

In a continued effort to keep all parties safe, Lyle & Associates are not scheduling in-person appointments until further notice. To contact us you may call, email, fax, or upload documents to our secure portal, ShareFile, where they are encrypted. We receive a notification when something has been uploaded.

As you receive your 2021 tax documents, we encourage you to scan and upload them to ShareFile. Alternatively, you may send them via the U.S. mail, knowing that they may be delayed or even lost in the process, or bring them to our office. If the door is locked you can leave them outside in the secure drop box. If you absolutely must hand them to a person, someone will generally be there weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 pm, but you should call ahead to confirm.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is in keeping with the current COVID-19 advisory and for everyone’s safety. We appreciate your understanding.

~ Kathryn M. Lyle, CPA, CVA
