A Little Background
Founded in 1989, Lyle & Associates works with clients across the U.S. to further their business and personal financial goals. Thanks to the internet and other communications tools, we can help our clients wherever they may be located. And when necessary, we get in the car or on a plane!
We pride ourselves on our forward-looking approach to financial planning for businesses and individuals. As they say, if you don’t know where you want to go, any path will take you there. Understanding you and your strengths—and your constraints—will let us help you map the route to your goals.
Collectively we have over 50 years experience in accounting and tax planning, and we’ve learned a lot during that time about what works and what doesn’t. Regardless of your need or your location, we can provide a solution ourselves or we’ll introduce you to someone who can!
Who Are We?

Kathy Lyle
Kathy Lyle started Lyle & Associates CPA in 1989 after 7 years with a large international CPA firm. The goal was to provide high value tax and accounting services at reasonable prices to closely-held businesses and individuals.
Along the way, we have added an expanded array of service offerings, which are described in more detail elsewhere on this site.
In the process, we have created strategic alliances with many other financial professionals, including fellow CPAs, cost segregation experts, R&D credit specialists, wealth managers, estate planning attorneys, and any number of other specialized disciplines. Through these professional affiliations we are able to accommodate the diverse financial needs of our clients.
