Lyle & Associates, with over fifty years of combined CPA experience, was founded in 1989. Kathy Lyle is a CPA and a Certified Valuation Analyst. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of CPAs, the International Assn. For Financial Planning, the National Assn. of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. Kathy has served both as a mentor and a participant in the Strategic Planning Course sponsored annually by the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) of the Cleveland Growth Association. In addition, she has been an adjunct faculty member to the College for Financial Planning and has taught courses leading to the Chartered Financial Consultant designation. Kathy regularly conducts seminars on matters relating to tax and financial planning for both closely-held businesses and individuals. Kathy's enthusiasm and adventurous spirit have allowed her to expand her accounting services into areas which help her clients achieve a variety of financial goals. Her desire to try new things has carried into her personal life as well. When she's not consulting about succession planning or employee benefit plans, she is racing sports cars.
